2004 24 Hours of Snowshoe - Registration Forms

Late Registration for the 2004 24 Hours of Snowshoe

You can register your team between Monday, June, 21st and Friday, June, 25th downloading forms, filling them out and sending them into Granny Gear along with your team's entry fees. A signed accident waiver must be submitted by each team member. Waiver forms received (regardless of postmark) after June 24th will be subject to a $10 late fee. On-site changes (team class, team members, racer substitution, etc.) and on-site registrations Friday June 25th will be subject to a $20 late fee. No changes will be made after 10:00 p.m. Friday, June 25th. Team Captains are responsible for ensuring that their team members are aware of the submission deadlines and late fee policies. No Registration on Race Day! Entry fees are non-refundable.

Send the following to Granny Gear Productions at the address listed on the forms.

Team Entry Form (this download contains both the Team entry form and a waiver)
Accident Waivers from all your teammates with original signatures
Payment in-full (be sure to include a $10 late fees if they apply)

Our new pdf documents allow you to fill out the form on-screen before printing them out. This makes filling them out easier AND more legible.

NOTE: Fill in your team's name on each waiver form so we can put you on the right team. You can photocopy these forms, but all completed Accident Waivers must have original signatures (no faxed or photocopied signatures will be accepted).

If you can't successfully download and print the race packet, you can come to late Registration & Race Packet Pick-up on Friday, June 25th between 2 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. (late fees will apply)
