All Day	Course Open
9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.	Chairlift Rides
3 p.m. - 8 p.m.	Registration in Aspen Room at Northstar Village

Saturday, August 23rd
8 a.m. - 10 a.m.	Late Registration w/$20 late fee
9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.	Chairlift Rides
10 a.m.	Vendor Expo Opens
10:30 a.m.	Opening Ceremonies
11 a.m.	Pre-Race Meeting Near the Podium
11:15-11:45 a.m.	Racers Log in under the Log Tent
12 Noon	LeMans-Style Start
7 p.m.	Vendor Expo Closes

Sunday, August 24th
9 a.m.	Vendor Expo Opens
12 Noon	Finishing Racers Begin to Log off
3:00 p.m.	Awards Ceremony
4 p.m.	Vendor Expo Closes
